We pick up at cargo terminals, FBOs, and passenger arrivals — or deliver into airline cutoffs on tight windows — across the continental U.S. and Canada. We don’t sell the air leg. We move the freight on the ground at both ends so the air ticket you booked actually clears.
What airport recovery is
Airport recovery is the ground half of an air shipment. When pallets land at ORD, LAX, JFK, or any other cargo hub, someone has to pull them off the dock, clear cargo release, and run them to the consignee inside the recovery window your forwarder or airline set. Miss the window and the freight either incurs storage fees or rolls onto a redelivery the next day.
That’s the part we handle. The pickup at the terminal, the dock paperwork, the driver, the run to the door, the signed POD.
Where we plug in
Inbound recovery — pickup at cargo terminal, FBO, or passenger arrival; final-mile to consignee.
Outbound to airline — pickup at shipper; delivery to airline cargo desk before cutoff, or to FBO for a charter departure.
Cross-airport ground — short-haul ground between two airports when the air routing changes last minute.
If the move involves an OBC, charter operator, or forwarder, we coordinate with them on timing and handoff.

Dedicated capacity, not a generic broker marketplace:
- Cargo van — 1 to 3 pieces, small recovery work
- Sprinter van — multi-piece recovery, light pallet count
- Box truck — up to 8,000 lb cargo
- Straight truck — up to 44,500 lb

What you bring, what we bring
You bring: AWB or HAWB, cargo terminal location, recovery window, consignee contact, dimensions and weight.
We bring: driver dispatched to the terminal at the right time, dock paperwork handled, custody chain through delivery, POD with photo on completion.
The air leg is bought by you or your forwarder. We’re the ground partner at the airports — pickup, dock work, run to the door.

48 continental US states and Canada. Major cargo hubs covered directly — ORD, LAX, JFK, ATL, DFW, SEA. Secondary and regional airports covered via dispatch from the nearest base.
When to call us
- Forwarder won’t cover the recovery and your pallet hits the dock in four hours
- Charter is landing at an FBO and the consignee is 90 minutes out
- OBC is meeting their flight and you need a vehicle waiting at arrivals
- Outbound shipper is 60 miles from cargo cutoff and the airline closes drops at 18:00
